Eco Printing

Expertly finished by skilled artisans, each scarf features hand-rolled or delicately pin-hemmed edges—the beauty truly is in the details. Every scarf is a collaboration of many hands: Italian artisans, local UK seamstresses, freelance collaborators, and my mother, who paints the designs. We support all our freelancers, including mothers and female founders, with fair pay, mentorship, and flexible working practices, creating an inclusive, empowered community.

Sustainable Production Practices

HATHAWAY scarves are produced in small batches to minimise overproduction. Pre-orders, bundled shipments, and local deliveries help reduce emissions. By sourcing directly from Como, Italy, we reduce transport miles and support local artisan communities. Seasonless designs ensure each scarf remains a long-lasting wardrobe piece, supporting slow fashion and thoughtful consumer choices.
