HATHAWAY is for those who believe luxury should move you, not just adorn you.

HATHAWAY offers something rare: creative artisanship with emotion.

Pieces are personal, collectable, alive — worn by people who see style as self-expression, not status.

Our people are defined by mindset, not demographics: curious, expressive, fiercely self-directed, drawn to beauty and ideas in equal measure. You notice the play of light, the texture of fabric, the energy of colour, and buy what moves you, not what’s trending.

We invite people back into creative play — where joy, imperfection, and self-expression rule.

In a world of instant everything, HATHAWAY is doing things differently - we are slowing down - creating slow, considered, limited-edition scarves that are seasonaless, small drops and worn by those in the know.

The Hands That Weave

Each piece begins as genuine artwork (many hand-illustrated by Sera's mother, Lyn) — painted, photographed, collaged, and layered by hand.

Every piece is made by artisans, in a family run, heritage textile house in Como, Italy.

Nothing is seasonal or over-designed — each piece is part of an ongoing creative exploration, brought fully to life through the collaborative work of Sera and her sister, Louise, who contributes to shaping and refining every design.

Creative Luxury With Emotion

About Sera Hathaway

Sera Hathaway is a native New Zealander who now calls London home. She is a maker, photographer, and fashion-trained visual thinker whose work explores print, texture, and emotion. For Sera, design is not about perfection — it’s about creative expression, discovering beauty in the process, not the polish.

In a world where everything is instant and mass-produced, Sera creates differently. Her dyslexia shapes how she sees the world, translating feeling into colour, pattern, and texture. Inspired by drag culture and maximalism — not as trends, but as ways of being — her work values freedom over form.

HATHAWAY is a reaction to a world afraid of getting it wrong, where “cool” has become code for conformity. It invites people back into creative play — where joy, imperfection, and self-expression rule.

The result is a new kind of story in fashion: contemporary British creativity with world-class quality, sitting confidently between art, design, and fashion — a wearable invitation to feel.
