HATHAWAY’s Pop-Up for Wimbledon, in Wimbledon Village for Small Steps Children Charity
This summer, HATHAWAY had the privilege of joining a unique pop-up event during the Wimbledon Championships. Alongside twelve talented creatives, we gathered at the stunning Life Kitchen Studio to raise funds for Small Steps, a charity that supports families with children who have disabilities.
A Cause Close to My Heart
As a mum, supporting Small Steps felt especially meaningful. The charity provides life-changing services to families with children who have physical disabilities, helping them navigate everyday challenges. The power of community was clear, and I was excited to take part in this collective effort for such a worthy cause.
Life Kitchen Studio: The Perfect Setting
The Life Kitchen Studio was the perfect home for our pop-up. Usually used for showcasing kitchens, it transformed into a vibrant, eclectic market where each maker displayed their creations. It was more than just selling scarves or jewellery—it was about celebrating craftsmanship while supporting a cause that truly matters.
Creativity and Collaboration
What made this pop-up special was the creative energy we shared. From ceramics to hand-painted designs, every product told a story, and we bonded over our collective mission to support Small Steps. Each scarf sold carried even more meaning, knowing that it helped raise funds for families in need.
Wimbledon Magic in the Air
The buzz of Wimbledon added to the magic. Fans and supporters brought a wonderful energy to the event, and it was heartening to see people engage with our stories and buy with purpose. The connection between Wimbledon’s passion for excellence and our commitment to charity made the event unforgettable.
A Heartfelt Thank You
I’m grateful to Life Kitchen Studio, my fellow creatives, and everyone who supported Small Steps during the pop-up. This event reminded me how powerful creativity and community can be in making a difference. Here’s to more collaborations and causes that inspire lasting change!
